Step Together Living is an Agency provider certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, founded by leaders who understand support from inside the home.

Owner Sani J. built her career in healthcare as a Health Insurance professional where she learned how to advocate for individuals, understand medical terminology and communicate with other health care providers, she then became a caregiver who spent years sharing her home and daily life with the individuals she supported. That experience taught her that quality care is more than just completing daily tasks, it's about building trust, creating a sense of belonging, creating memories  and providing an environment individuals can call home and build relationships we call '' Family ''.

Director of Operations DeJuan B. holds a bachelor’s degree and brings extensive leadership experience as the DOO & operator of residential healthcare homes. Beyond his healthcare experience, DeJuan is committed to giving back to his community. He regularly organizes events providing support and resources to individuals in need. Throughout his career, he has helped provide services and support to numerous individuals across Ohio.Â
